Audit Manager - Risk and Control Enhancement

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive testing approaches and scopes for audit validation activities.
• Lead audit walkthroughs and planning meetings.
• Provide training, coaching, and auditing expertise to audit teams.
• Manage multiple audit validations and deliver work on time and within budget.
• Discuss testing findings with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Challenge issues, identify root causes, and draft issues, reports, and executive summaries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant audit experience and a four-year degree.
• Knowledge of audit procedures, standards, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing and conducting audits.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
