Location: Remote/Home-Based for US-based candidates only; listed locations are Palo Alto, CA and Philadelphia, PA.

Base salary: $268,000–$402,000 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and manage US Medical Affairs strategies for breast cancer indications from launch through lifecycle management.
  • Provide medical priorities and insights for breast cancer development plans, study design, and research execution.
  • Align evidence analyses, interpretation, publications, and evidence-generation activities with development and global medical organizations.
  • Support label development and indication negotiations, and partner with Commercial teams on brand plans.
  • Lead medical and promotional review activities and develop medical narratives, field materials, and training content.
  • Serve as a breast cancer subject matter expert, lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and professional societies, and represent Medical Affairs at advisory boards and scientific meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Medical Affairs or equivalent experience.
  • An advanced degree is required: PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, Doctor of Nursing, or Physician’s Assistant.
  • Experience launching and managing the lifecycle of oncology indications in breast cancer is strongly desired.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated success in matrix organizations, including critical thinking, initiative, and execution under time pressure.
  • Must be based in the United States.
