Focus on leading advisory boards and congress activities, generating real-world evidence, interpreting emerging clinical data, and supporting product lifecycle management.

Location: United States — Remote; approximately 30% travel may be required.

Annual salary: USD 183,425.75–248,164.25.

What you will do

  • Support global medical strategy, late-stage development, launch readiness, and product lifecycle management in Rare Disease.
  • Translate scientific, clinical, and stakeholder insights into medical strategies addressing unmet medical needs.
  • Plan and execute advisory boards, scientific congresses, symposia, and other scientific engagement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy organizations, and professional societies.
  • Lead or support real-world evidence and other global evidence-generation activities.
  • Contribute to scientific communications, clinical data dissemination, HEOR, promotional material review, and cross-functional medical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Medical Affairs experience, or a master's degree and 4 years, bachelor's degree and 6 years, associate's degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of Medical Affairs experience.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs within rare disease, immunology, rheumatology, or autoimmune disease is preferred.
  • Experience with advisory boards, congresses, external expert engagement, evidence generation, and scientific communications.
  • Strength in project management, scientific communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing within a global matrixed organization.
  • PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO is preferred.
