Advanced ME Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop and standardize Manufacturing System Designs for advanced and high-voltage technologies.
• Define and improve manufacturing methods, sequences, layouts, automation concepts, and capacity adjustments.
• Prepare NBQ manufacturing engineering packages covering capacity studies, investment estimates, cost evaluations, and layout evolution.
• Support Design for Assembly workshops and integrate manufacturing engineering inputs into product and process decisions.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Process with central Process Engineering teams.
• Prepare industrialization presentations for customer RFQs and maintain monthly capacity, headcount, revenue, and plant-space updates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with problem-solving techniques.
