Junior EHS Technician (Automotive)

Location: hirify.global Trim Kenitra, Morocco; onsite manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Apply EHS requirements and follow up on safety instructions at the site.
• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure the availability and proper use of PPE.
• Support safety awareness campaigns and employee training sessions.

Requirements

• EHS or technical degree.
• First professional experience in an EHS position.
• Knowledge of global EHS standards and Moroccan regulations.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Continuous improvement mindset and risk-based thinking.
• Strong ethics, integrity, rigor, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
