Engineering/Manufacturing Winter Internship Summit (Manufacturing)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; in-person summit at the P&G Casablanca office

What you will do

• Work on specific manufacturing or engineering projects with responsibility from Day 1.
• Work on the plant floor and address operational challenges.
• Support the production of consumer goods meeting quality, timing, and cost expectations.
• Learn and apply P&G technologies, standards, and methods.
• Analyze situations, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s student in an engineering school or university, graduating within fiscal year 2026.
• Good command of English required.
• Technical excellence and rigor in executing defined plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to analyze situations, find solutions, innovate, and reapply successful approaches.
