What you will do

• Own end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash collections and dispute service delivery for the ANZ market across all sectors.
• Manage complex, strategic customer portfolios and drive sustainable cash outcomes.
• Develop customer-centric collections strategies supported by sound risk management.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and support enterprise-wide alignment.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, governance, and risk accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• More than 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance or Invoice-to-Cash operations.
• Strong experience with Finance, Accounts Receivable processes, and compliance requirements.
• End-to-end Invoice-to-Cash experience, including Cash Application, Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.
• Experience managing complex, high-value, and high-risk customer portfolios.
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Healthcare industry experience.
