TL;DR
HR Business Partner ANZ (AI): Partnering with leaders across Australia and New Zealand to deliver HR initiatives covering employee relations, talent management, organisational change, policy, engagement, and analytics with an accent on employment legislation, data-driven recommendations, and locally relevant people solutions. Focus on advising managers through complex HR matters, coordinating performance and compensation processes, and using HRIS, analytics, and AI to improve HR delivery.
Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia; hybrid work model with an expectation of being in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align HR solutions with business objectives.
- Advise managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, resourcing, and reward matters.
- Lead or support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, talent development, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Support organisational change through clear communication and effective management of people-related impacts.
- Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and coordinate group-wide processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and annual compensation cycles.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse people data, monitor market trends, and deliver ad hoc HR projects.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices across Australia and New Zealand.
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience supporting and influencing leaders at multiple organisational levels.
- Strong analytical capability, including interpreting HR data and converting insights into recommendations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to handle occasional out-of-hours calls in a fast-paced global environment.

- Experience leading or supporting change management during significant organisational transformation.
- Experience in a similar industry or multinational organisation.
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of contemporary HR trends and innovative people practices.
- Interest in using AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR delivery.
