Tax Associate (Financial Services)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support direct and indirect tax filings for management companies across the EMEA region.
• Collect and review data for tax filings and prepare internal tax documentation.
• Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, tax authorities, and internal entity controllers.
• Assist with tax planning, tax audits, legislative changes, and investment transaction structuring.
• Monitor investment structures for tax-related risks and support process and system enhancement projects.
• Track tax legislation and share relevant knowledge with internal teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong tax compliance and accounting experience covering direct and indirect tax filings.
• Experience in a financial services business or accounting firm.
• Knowledge of international tax concepts.
• Relevant professional qualification, such as ACA or CTA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
