Digitalization & Data Automation Intern (Excel/Power BI): Converting Excel documents into standardized digital formats, automating approval workflows, and developing real-time dashboards with an accent on system integration and digital standards. Focus on connecting documents and dashboards to centralized data sources, redesigning all-in-one templates, and supporting Process Engineering teams through training and troubleshooting.

What you will do
- Convert Excel documents into standardized digital formats and maintain version control.
- Build automated approval workflows and uphold digital standards.
- Rebuild linked Excel systems and connect documents to centralized databases.
- Develop real-time Power BI dashboards and connect them to data sources.
- Redesign all-in-one document templates.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering teams and provide training and troubleshooting support.
Requirements
- Current student in Industrial, Systems, Mechatronics, Data, or Computer Engineering.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power Apps.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
