People Analytics Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Turn complex people data into clear narratives and visualizations for business leaders.
• Support AI-driven analytics initiatives in partnership with people data strategy specialists.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Coordinate between technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably in an HR technology team.
• Strong data storytelling, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR reports and dashboards in a major HRIS such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI or machine learning projects in an HR context.
