Salary: $97,600–$138,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead deployment and maintenance of the One hirify.global Way Operating System, including visualization, performance reviews, problem-solving, and standardization.
• Use rally rooms, operating boards, PDCA, and A3 methods to drive continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
• Coach and facilitate teams, analyze business issues, and provide process expertise.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects across assigned business areas.
• Report improvement progress and build relationships from frontline employees through executive leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals tracking, and savings implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 8 years of related business or industry experience.
• Experience facilitating or consulting on improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Change management or program/project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership, coach teams, facilitate collaboration, and analyze complex business scenarios.
• Ability to lead and influence others while working effectively in diverse, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Gas or electric utility industry experience.
• MBA, industrial engineering background, or related certification.
• Six Sigma, continuous improvement, business process management, or data management skills.
