Senior Quantity Surveyor (Nuclear)

What you will do

• Provide commercial support and contract administration for the project commercial team.
• Manage subcontract procurement, subcontractors, and related project commercial actions.
• Produce and manage procurement schedules and deliver framework subcontractor procurement targets.
• Act as the primary supply-chain contact throughout the procurement process.
• Maintain accurate procurement files, contract documentation, reporting, and compliance with project procedures.
• Coach junior commercial staff, engage stakeholders, and highlight current and potential issues to the Commercial Manager.

Requirements

• Senior-level supervisory or management experience within a project commercial team.
• Knowledge or experience in subcontract procurement and management.
• Excellent knowledge of the commercial aspects of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with a contract management system such as CEMAR.
• BSc in a related subject or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain, or current possession of, UK nuclear industry clearance and the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Chartered membership of a recognised organisation such as RICS or CIOB.
