Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom; Remote
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage project costs through to final account across generator installation projects.
- Prepare, review, and agree valuations, applications, and variations.
- Support procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and appointment activities.
- Monitor cost performance and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support dispute resolution and final account negotiations while working with operational teams to maximise project value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role.
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including NEC and JCT.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
