Cost Manager

What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss-and-expense claims.
• Resolve commercial, change-order, and contract issues.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims handling.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Participate in tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and variation communication.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• MRICS qualification required.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and colleagues.
