Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Power Generation)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems.
• Use computerized maintenance management systems to manage work orders and optimize maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analyses for complex mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage small- and medium-scale maintenance projects within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate repair work with cross-functional teams to minimize production impact.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
