Maintenance Technician III (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: On-site in 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, DCS, and industrial electrical control systems.
• Inspect and maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, generators, and water treatment systems.
• Support HVAC maintenance and coordinate major repairs with service providers.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, document completed work, and recommend reliability improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and safe working practices in utility areas while supporting electrical and building systems maintenance.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Industrial Technical Institute qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, automation, and utility systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Authorization to work in Egypt.
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and high-temperature systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PLC and DCS control systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, boilers, compressors, or utility infrastructure systems.
