Manager, GBS - Global Change Management

What you will do

• Lead change management across the project lifecycle using the hirify.global methodology, including Agile projects.
• Develop, obtain approval for, and execute change management, communications, training, and deployment plans across multiple projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and post-go-live feedback surveys.
• Partner with Project Management, GBS, Corporate Communications, and enterprise Change Management teams to integrate change activities into project plans and communications.
• Present change status, risks, issues, and progress in project meetings and executive-level presentations.
• Coach leaders acting as change sponsors, support junior Change Managers and Change Production team members, and track adoption, utilization, and proficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise and global change management initiatives using established methodologies and tools in corporate environments.
• Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle phases and the ability to manage multiple complex change efforts while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to develop solutions and executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Change management certification or education such as Prosci, ACMP, or APMG.
• Experience applying change management in Food & Beverage or Global Business Services environments.
