Product Manager (Interoperability)

Location: Pune, India. The role requires collaboration across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones and may require in-person onboarding or identity verification.

What you will do

• Drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for interoperability projects.
• Gather and synthesize requirements from cross-functional product and developer teams into cohesive roadmaps.
• Define the business value of interoperability components, features, and projects.
• Communicate product plans and value propositions to internal teams, external customers, and developers.
• Coordinate component adoption, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain feedback loops.
• Work with industry stakeholders, designers, and researchers to understand data exchange practices and validate solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in product management in a technical field.
• Ability to break down complex data interoperability problems into strategic, user-focused solutions.
• Experience building product roadmaps and ensuring delivery-team accountability.
• Strategic business planning, agile-team experience, and strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD software development and delivery.
• Experience delivering API or service-based cloud products and components.
• Technical background in cloud platform products or component and service delivery.
• Familiarity with architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, mechanical CAD products, and file formats.
