Sales Promoter Leader - Makassar

What you will do

• Manage sales targets and ensure area programs achieve their objectives.
• Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
• Lead and monitor approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters.
• Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.

Requirements

• Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and sales area.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Availability to work shifts.
