Senior UiPath Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex, scalable intelligent automation solutions using UiPath.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level automation engineers.
• Support peer code reviews and enforce coding standards and reusable development practices.
• Build and execute automated unit and integration tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose technical defects, optimize performance, and stabilize processes before handoff to support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in intelligent automation software engineering.
• Deep experience developing complex UiPath workflows with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, SQL databases, API integrations, and Git.
• Strong analytical skills for reverse-engineering legacy processes and designing modern architectures.
• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions clearly to technical peers and project management.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Python coding skills or willingness to develop them.
• Experience or interest in process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or UiPath Test Suite.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
