Enterprise Fraud Governance Lead

Location: In office in Newark, Delaware or Phoenix, Arizona, US

Salary: $111,408–$189,738 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Advise Fraud Management and enterprise governance functions on industry regulations, bank requirements, and fraud risk controls.
• Evaluate threats, vulnerabilities, fraud risk assessments, control environments, and RCSA alignment across the bank.
• Track and escalate risks and issues, drive mitigation and resolution, and support transformational change.
• Manage concurrent programs and projects across multiple business lines, delivering implementations for business partners.
• Provide executive reporting on program status, risks, issues, timelines, and required decisions.
• Lead governance activities related to BCP, Third Party Risk Management, Model Risk Management, and weekly steering meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of risk management, change risk management, product risk management, and governance experience.
• At least 5 years of banking or financial industry experience.
• Experience using analytics and analytic technologies to solve business problems and monitor risks.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
