Sr Director, Global Alliance Management

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end alliance management for strategic accounts, including account strategy, planning, and partnership development.
• Design and implement governance structures supporting executive engagement, decision-making, and performance monitoring.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership, including C-suite interactions.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams across clinical, laboratory, technology, finance, and legal functions.
• Oversee program execution, escalations, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and partnership health metrics.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, solution shaping, bidding strategy, and expansion of existing partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry.
• Experience spanning project management, portfolio management, clinical operations, therapeutic strategy, business development, or another relevant operational function.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams in a complex global environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder and alliance management skills, including trusted partnerships with clients, senior leadership, and internal organizations.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and influencing skills across countries, regions, and functions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, profitability drivers, and business performance metrics.
