Location: 100% remote from Portugal; the role is associated with Lisbon, Portugal. Strategic relocation to Portugal is supported.

What you will do
- Deliver real-time Russian-English interpretation through Video Remote Interpretation and Over-the-Phone Interpretation services.
- Interpret high-stakes conversations involving medical diagnostics, legal proceedings, emergency services, crisis management, and trauma support.
- Handle specialized terminology across the medical, legal, finance, and public safety sectors.
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, cultural accuracy, and professional neutrality.
- Manage a high-volume queue through a proprietary cloud platform while maintaining a secure technical environment.
Requirements
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residency Card required.
- Native-level or C2 mastery of Russian and English required.
- Specialized vocabulary and knowledge of regional dialects.
- Strong active listening and short-term memory skills for processing complex information in real time.
- Emotional resilience and professional composure during high-stress calls.
- Dedicated, sound-proof home office with a symmetric fiber-optic connection of at least 20 Mbps.
