Head of Communications, UK

What you will do

• Lead the communications narrative for hirify.global UK and align it with business strategy, values, and tone of voice.
• Develop and oversee integrated internal and external communications programmes and campaigns.
• Advise the UK Leadership Team on communications strategy, reputation, issues management, and crisis communications.
• Lead external communications across press, social media, websites, video, blogs, speeches, and infographics.
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including communications supporting organisational change.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, communications budgets, and the UK communications team.

Requirements

• Significant experience developing and implementing communications strategies and campaigns.
• Experience working with media professionals and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt communications for different audiences and channels.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, reputation management, issues management, and crisis communications.
• Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management, networking, and people development skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or another regulated industry.
• Understanding of sustainability themes, data analytics, and marketing principles.
