Corporate Communications Principal (Financial Communications)

hirify.global’s Corporate Communications team leads global communications, corporate brand, and corporate marketing activities across the business.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans with hirify.global executives and teams across business lines.
• Drive proactive media engagement and story generation across key EMEA markets.
• Communicate investment strategies, products, business areas, issues, and enterprise initiatives.
• Create press releases, briefing notes, talking points, internal content, external content, and corporate marketing materials.
• Plan and execute speaking engagements for senior executives.
• Support ad hoc communications projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial, transactional, and corporate communications.
• Hands-on media relations experience and expertise across credit, equities, and M&A communications.
• Experience with issues management, public affairs, reputational risk, and crisis communications.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, organizational, judgment, and project management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, journalists, media, stakeholders, and global colleagues.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
