Real World Evidence Manager (Health Economics)

What you will do

• Design and execute retrospective and prospective real-world evidence studies using claims, EMR/EHR, and proprietary clinical data.
• Operationalize study protocols, analytical plans, variable definitions, and advanced epidemiological methods.
• Build and maintain budget impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and payer decision-support models.
• Develop reproducible analytical infrastructure, datasets, documentation, quality-control processes, and version-controlled repositories.
• Prepare abstracts, posters, manuscripts, health economic dossiers, coverage submissions, and payer value tools.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Commercial, Payer Relations, data vendors, CROs, and internal data science teams.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in HEOR, RWE, or health economic analytics in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, digital health, academic, or consulting environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two of R, Python, SAS, or STATA.
• Experience designing observational studies with claims or EMR data and developing health economic models.
• Peer-reviewed publications or equivalent scientific output, such as abstracts, posters, or dossier contributions.
• Strong analytical judgment, methodological rigor, and ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.

Nice to have

• PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in cardiac electrophysiology, digital diagnostics, or ambulatory monitoring.
• Knowledge of US reimbursement structures, CMS, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer evidence requirements.
• Experience with NCQA/HEDIS measures, Optum Clinformatics, IBM MarketScan, TriNetX, Komodo Health, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
