Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (HEOR) (Oncology)

Location: Sleepy Hollow, New York; onsite expectations apply

Salary: $150,500–$245,500 annually

What you will do

• Develop real-world evidence queries, protocols, and statistical analysis plans for oncology research.
• Analyze internal real-world data assets and deliver data-driven insights to project teams.
• Perform hands-on programming and quality control of analytical code.
• Evaluate real-world data sources, including claims and electronic health records, for research questions.
• Contribute to abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and internal scientific presentations.
• Coordinate activities with external analytics vendors and research partners.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a quantitative healthcare data field with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience, or a related master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale administrative claims data and electronic health records.
• Experience in oncology research and oncology-specific real-world data.
• Advanced programming skills in SAS and R.
• Knowledge of survival analysis, propensity score methods, generalized linear models, and machine learning applied to real-world data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
