Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote across Europe

hirify.global builds AI products including devices, voice assistants, and voice-first agentic systems for technology corporations.

What you will do

• Turn incomplete product inputs into shippable, production-ready UI by clarifying scope with engineers and PMs.
• Deliver polished visual interfaces quickly for a 0→1 product.
• Use Figma as the primary design tool and build or maintain components that support parallel workstreams.
• Apply UX thinking to user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition while prioritizing execution speed.
• Participate in design discussions, incorporate feedback quickly, and reduce feedback loops.
• Gradually take ownership of more complex design problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing technology products.
• Experience working in a cross-functional product team in an agile or Scrum-like environment.
• Strong UI and visual execution skills, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Working-level UX understanding of user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition.
• Logical, analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive approach to open-ended tasks.

Nice to have

• Consumer product experience.
• Experience with After Effects or Principle.
• Experience designing for TV or smart devices.
