Senior UX/UI & Web Designer

Location: Remote across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa, with at least five hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for visually compelling, responsive websites and landing pages aligned with brand, marketing, and conversion goals.
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create wireframes and user flows.
• Design high-quality responsive interfaces, scalable design systems, and consistent UI components.
• Optimize digital experiences for conversion and performance in collaboration with marketing, including support for SEO and A/B testing.
• Use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production while maintaining responsibility for creative decisions and final quality.
• Iterate on designs using feedback, user behavior, and performance data while collaborating with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer and a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience translating business goals and user needs into user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with conversion, performance, measurable outcomes, design systems, and scalable UI components.
• Fluent, professional-level English, both written and spoken.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
