What you will do

  • Lead integrated global medical strategies across GU, GI, and Hematology marketed and pipeline portfolios.
  • Manage and develop Global Medical Affairs Leads and International Medical Directors.
  • Partner with Global Development, Commercial, Access, R&D, and regional medical organizations on scientific and medical objectives.
  • Oversee evidence generation, scientific communications, medical education, publications, congress strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, cooperative groups, professional societies, and academic networks.
  • Lead resource planning, budget allocation, operational excellence, and the integration of AI-enabled solutions across medical engagement and operations.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 6 years of Medical Affairs experience, or master’s degree and 10 years, or bachelor’s degree and 12 years.
  • At least 6 years of managerial or team, program, project, or resource-allocation leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related biopharmaceutical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence generation, scientific communication, congress planning, external engagement, medical education, and stakeholder strategy.
  • Experience with global and regional medical strategies, product launches, lifecycle management, healthcare systems, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and managing budgets and resources.

Nice to have

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD with oncology or hematology expertise.
  • Prostate cancer launch experience.
  • Experience in GU, GI, and/or Hematology therapeutic areas.
  • Experience with cooperative groups, professional societies, academic institutions, and digital or AI-enabled solutions.
