What you will do

• Translate game content from Simplified Chinese into Japanese.
• Localize titles across Adventure, Strategy, and Fantasy genres.
• Apply gaming terminology and maintain excellent grammar, spelling, and terminology consistency.
• Use CAT tools and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
• Complete a translation test and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese proficiency is required.
• Strong command of Simplified Chinese and English is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in gaming localization from Simplified Chinese into Japanese.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming terminology.
• Meet at least one qualification: a relevant degree with translation training, 2+ years of translation experience and a college degree, 5+ years of translation experience, or a government-issued translation certification.
