FAST Lead, Procure to Pay (P2P)

What you will do

• Lead functional design for Procure-to-Pay finance application capabilities, including JDE configuration, posting logic, integrations, and embedded controls.
• Translate Finance and Procurement needs into functional requirements, specifications, test plans, and support documentation.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, transition activities, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
• Own application stability, financial close readiness, incident triage, defect prioritization, root-cause analysis, and fix validation.
• Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, access discipline, control evidence, and resolution of close-critical issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual intervention, standardize processes, improve data quality, and support automation and AI readiness.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, including Accounts Payable, accruals, liabilities, supplier workflows, and close dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with JDE finance modules and related applications or integrations such as Coupa and Concur.
• Experience with finance system support, incident management, defect triage, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and fix validation.
• Working knowledge of financial close, accounting principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, plus 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and the local/native language is required.
