What you will do
- Maintain the daily operation of MES systems, including troubleshooting, system abnormality resolution, and access management.
- Collect business requirements, analyze manufacturing processes, and design feasible MES solutions.
- Coordinate with business departments to improve MES system capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Perform functional testing, provide user training, and collect and communicate issue feedback.
- Create statistical reports and dashboards based on user needs.
- Maintain data integration and synchronization between MES, WMS, ERP, and other peripheral systems, while developing a knowledge base for plant personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of trainer experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin are required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
