TL;DR
Integration Lead (Blue Yonder): Designing and overseeing end-to-end integrations across Blue Yonder ESP/Demand/D360, PLM systems, Oracle Fusion ERP, and downstream Lakehouse or data warehouse platforms with an accent on data integrity, enterprise architecture, and cross-platform data workflows. Focus on building Python and SQL pipelines, implementing reconciliation and monitoring, leading integration testing, and resolving complex middleware and batch failures.
Location: Penang, Malaysia; flexibility across global time zones and occasional travel may be required.

is hiring for enterprise supply chain planning integration work centered on the Blue Yonder ecosystem.
What you will do
- Design and maintain integration architecture connecting Blue Yonder ESP, Demand, and D360 with PTC Windchill, Agile PLM, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Architect downstream data syndication feeds to Lakehouse and data warehouse platforms for operational reporting.
- Translate cross-system data requirements into architectural designs, functional specifications, user stories, and data-mapping matrices.
- Develop and optimize integrations using Python, SQL, database views, and automated batch or shell scripting.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and error-handling frameworks.
- Lead integration testing, regression testing, UAT, documentation, and Tier-3 support for synchronization failures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Integration Lead or Technical Analyst supporting Blue Yonder ESP, D360, or Demand enterprise environments.
- Direct experience integrating Blue Yonder with Oracle Fusion ERP or PLM platforms such as Windchill or Agile.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and batch scripting.
- Experience coordinating technical change across globally distributed teams and multi-vendor systems.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, documentation, and data-structure translation skills.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
- Experience with Lakehouse or cloud data warehouse architectures, including Databricks or Snowflake.
- Practical expertise in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps workflows.
- Experience in change management and supply chain business process re-engineering.
- Advanced root-cause analysis for middleware, API, and asynchronous batch failures.
