Blue Yonder Technical Lead (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Penang 15, Penang, Malaysia. Shift: Shift 1 (Malaysia).

What you will do

• Lead the functional design, technical implementation, and end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP, Demand, and D360 applications.
• Audit current procedures, gather complex business requirements, and translate them into functional IT design specifications.
• Develop and optimize system data flows and automation using SQL, Python, and Batch scripting.
• Write, refine, and prioritize detailed agile user stories and manage product backlogs with stakeholders.
• Provide advanced application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintain architectural process flows, system specifications, and user guides while leading end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands-on technical mastery of the Blue Yonder SCPO suite, including ESP, Demand, and D360.
• Strong programming capabilities in SQL, Python, and Batch scripting.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
• Experience with large-scale global enterprise systems implementations.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps frameworks.
• Corporate change management and business process re-engineering experience.
