Health Plan Associate Principal (Healthcare)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Apply deep health plan sector knowledge across commercial innovation, government growth, payer-provider partnerships, administrative efficiency, and innovation or diversification.
• Lead client business development and maintain senior client relationships.
• Track relevant business, digital, and industry trends and translate them into client solutions.
• Manage client delivery, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
• Lead and motivate consulting teams with diverse skills and backgrounds across multiple projects.
• Provide on-the-job feedback and coaching while fostering an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in health plan management consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior professional-services role at the Principal or Managing Director level.
• Experience managing commercial relationships with existing clients and developing new C-level prospects.
• Proven success defining and delivering digital or technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, self-starting, and executive-presence skills; willingness to travel to meet client needs.
