Regional International Freight Sr. Specalist (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Author, maintain, and govern international freight SOPs using Lean methodologies.
• Redesign global ocean, air, and multimodal freight networks to improve speed and cost efficiency.
• Advise Market Fulfilment teams on freight routing, transit times, risk mitigation, and operational performance.
• Lead regional strategic projects involving TMS, WMS, and LBS integrations.
• Govern KPI reviews, margin improvement initiatives, cost optimization projects, and savings pipelines.
• Partner with IT, Commercial, and Finance teams on analytics, dashboards, budgeting, and long-range planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of international freight supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of international and domestic freight transportation modes across regions.
• Experience with process redesign, process mapping, data-driven decision-making, and transportation improvement projects.
• Understanding of statistics, 3PL/4PL and distributor models, performance measures, and financial or supply chain platforms.
• Proficient English language skills, with strong communication, analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with high-volume, high-dimensional structured and unstructured data.
