What you will do
- Lead regional continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Analyze material flows, warehouse layouts, value streams, and operational costs to identify bottlenecks and design efficient future-state workflows.
- Standardize logistics material flows and best practices across regional hubs in Singapore, Dubai, and China.
- Lead WMS feature rollouts, warehouse automation integrations, UAT activities, and the implementation of visual management boards and digital dashboards.
- Develop sustainable packaging efficiency programs that reduce waste and shipping volume while protecting sensitive aerospace components.
- Support 6S workplace organization, safety walks, peak-period warehouse operations, training, and global logistics governance.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project planning and execution.
- Experience with change management, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and measurable operational improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, cost-benefit analysis, productivity measurement, stakeholder management, and training skills.
- Ability to work effectively with intercultural teams, challenge the status quo, manage time, and maintain attention to detail.
- Kaizen certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
