What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys through contract execution.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and prepare reports to support trial preparation.
  • File exhibits, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents with courts or opposing counsel.
  • Contact clients, witnesses, lawyers, and vendors to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and organize meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Prepare expense reports and support projects, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience providing administrative and legal support to attorneys.
  • Ability to manage legal documents, reports, contracts, calendars, and communications.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, depositions, and related logistics.
