Supply Chain Internship

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite office and warehouse environments

Starting pay: $29.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support warehouse automation projects involving robotics, self-guided vehicles, and automated picking systems.
• Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate supply chain losses and inefficiencies.
• Build digital tools, dashboards, and visualizations for warehouse efficiency, truck flow, and capacity planning.
• Integrate systems that help customer teams deliver business results on shelf and online.
• Contribute to inventory flow, demand forecasting, production scheduling, product launches, freight capacity, and transportation reliability.
• Track active initiatives and support corporate citizenship priorities, including equality and inclusion, sustainability, and community impact.

Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, another engineering discipline, computer science, or mathematics.
• Visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
• Strong innovation, creativity, thinking, and problem-solving skills applied to business processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
