Field Service Engineer North Area, Spain

Location: Bilbao, Spain; on-site role with more than 50% travel within Spain, including overnight stays

What you will do

• Install, service, repair, and maintain diagnostic products and related IT solutions at customer sites.
• Perform electrical and mechanical testing in line with maintenance contracts.
• Diagnose system failures and determine effective technical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or quality reporting systems.
• Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory and develop new customer service and product agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of technical service and maintenance experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or another highly regulated industry.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel more than 50% within Spain, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
