What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related inquiries.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment performance issues in the field.
• Instruct clients on the proper usage and operation of installed equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for all client interactions.
• Prepare detailed reports on product failures and serviceability issues for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field technical service or a similar engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for technical equipment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients effectively.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and professional service standards.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in A Coruña.
