What you will do

• Lead overall back-of-house and kitchen operations for the cafe.
• Ensure food is prepared, portioned, presented, and served in line with Hard Rock culinary and brand standards.
• Manage the cafe budget, P&L, food purchasing, operational costs, staff schedules, and forecasts.
• Develop the kitchen team across recipe adherence, kitchen execution, banquet service, and continuous learning.
• Build and retain a high-performing hourly culinary team, set performance expectations, and support career advancement.
• Maintain guest-first service, food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of hospitality experience, including restaurant culinary operations.
• All local food management and safety certifications.
• Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for food, with strong problem-solving and business-acumen skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication, and listening skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work in cafe environments involving extended standing and movement, heat, cold, chemicals, noise, and occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds; travel by car or airplane may be required.
