EMEA Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Tanger-Assilah, Morocco; plant-based role

What you will do

• Ensure process readiness for new programs and support the implementation of new technologies in the plant.
• Define and specify high-voltage equipment, prepare technical specifications, and coordinate equipment definition with suppliers.
• Follow new equipment acquisition from RFQ through reception, installation, validation, and release for SOP.
• Track CapEx, OpEx, idle assets, equipment forecasts, Project Control 3, and Spending Control; prepare and justify investment proposals.
• Perform equipment capacity studies and support MSD studies, production concept updates, PFMEA revisions, and audit readiness.
• Coach new process engineers, define training plans, prepare onboarding documentation, and collaborate with suppliers, MEC, and the central EMEA team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Problem-solving skills and experience applying structured problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to ensure compliance with customer, quality, environmental, health, safety, and functional procedures.
