Entry Level Corporate Trainer

Location: Houston, TX; classroom training is conducted in the Houston office. Travel to the Dayton office may be required once or twice a year. After the training period, eligible associates may work from home up to two days per week.

hirify.global is hiring for a corporate training role supporting employee development and new associate orientation.

What you will do

• Teach professional development and new associate orientation courses in a classroom environment.
• Design and develop training courses and detailed instructor guides.
• Manage classes, maintain training databases, and complete student evaluations.
• Present course content to fellow instructors and work with an experienced training mentor.
• Respond quickly to class questions and adapt delivery to participant responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and people skills.
• Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional, positive approach.
• Prior teaching experience is helpful.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with online training tools.
