Digital Marketing Manager, Catalogue (Music)

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for catalogue releases across streaming platforms and social media.
• Manage and optimize campaigns to increase streams, engagement, and digital revenue.
• Plan and implement social media, display, and platform advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with artists, label teams, external partners, and DSPs including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Identify anniversaries, trends, viral moments, and cultural events to reactivate catalogue content while coordinating digital assets and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in music, media, entertainment, advertising, radio, content, publishing, or another consumer-facing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, streaming services, social media marketing, and audience engagement.
• Experience with data analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
