Executive - Social Media Manager & Marketing

What you will do

• Produce UGC-style videos for technology products and agency solutions, serving as the creative lead and on-camera representative when needed.
• Manage daily social media operations across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with the creative team and use Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted tools to create video and static content.
• Develop podcast and long-form content themes to build thought leadership and generate inbound leads.
• Plan and execute campaigns across events, roadshows, and other marketing activities in collaboration with Digital Marketing and Sales.
• Manage the EDM calendar and GEO/AEO content, monitoring open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in B2B or technology/SaaS environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Descript.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and a portfolio of filmed and edited video content.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
