Associate Manager (Private Markets Fund Accounting)

What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly NAV calculations, capital call and distribution allocations, waterfall calculations, and investment transaction bookings.
• Oversee partner capital account maintenance and review management fee and carried interest calculations.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audit processes and support fund onboarding and restructurings.
• Act as a client contact, interpret Limited Partnership Agreements, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities while supporting controls, risk management, and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of private equity or private markets fund accounting or audit experience.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required.
• Experience reviewing NAVs and financial statements, with strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience interpreting partnership agreements and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with staff and clients.
