Director, Institutional Distribution & Partnerships (Web3)

Develops Web3 businesses and native blockchain projects, provides digital asset advisory services, and manages investments across the Web3 ecosystem.

What you will do

• Own institutional distribution end-to-end across the product suite.
• Build institutional demand for tokenized real-world asset products and identify assets for onboarding.
• Lead fundraising for upcoming fund products from anchor stage through scale.
• Originate and negotiate partnerships with EAM platforms, digital-asset platforms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Shape the pipeline and institutional coverage model.
• Manage, develop, and hold accountable a small team of 1–2 associates.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in institutional sales, distribution, or capital raising, including meaningful digital-asset experience at an institutional platform.
• Demonstrable APAC relationships with family offices, EAMs, funds, banks, and corporate treasuries, with a track record of closed transactions.
• Experience with traditional fund products, including offshore fund structures and LP onboarding.
• Experience with on-chain products such as stablecoins, tokenized funds, and RWA.
• Experience operating under financial-services regulation in Hong Kong, Singapore, or comparable jurisdictions, including professional-investor regimes.
• English is essential. Mandarin is a plus.
